Our Values: Teach truth in relevant, creative, and fun ways as we lead by example. Provide a safe environment where students feel safe to express their feelings, struggles, and doubts as well as ask questions about their faith. Prayerfully seek out adult leaders and provide them with tools to do disciple and mentor effectively. Equip and empower students to lead in Fusion as well as in their school and community. We know that parents have the most influence on their children and desire to come along side parents as they raise up godly children. We strive to connect with other local youth workers and partner with other local churches to connect our students with each other. We desire to strive to for excellence in every area of the Fusion ministry.
Our Strategy: Our high school and middle school students gather together on Wednesday nights for Fusion from 5:30pm – 7:30pm January to May and August to December. The first Wednesday of each month, called 2:42, is packed full of videos, skits, and interviews with fast paced music and a challenging message. Fusion students are encouraged to invite their friends to this service that was designed with their friends in mind.
During the summer, Fusion keeps the fun rolling with Chat N’ Chews! Students beat the heat poolside, munch on grub, and are challenged with a devotional from one of the their peers.
The purpose of Life Groups is to go deeper in God’s word, enhance community, and develop accountability. Middle school life groups are divided by gender and meet every other Sunday morning during the 9:15am or 11:00am service. High school Life Groups are co-ed and meet every other week in the home of the leader or one of the students.
